With a BA in Education from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Nancie has taught school for 10 years. Among the towering Douglas-fir trees, lush green pastures where her horses roam free, and the rolling Pacific Northwest coastal foothills, this is where she calls home.

Nancie has earned multiple awards including, Polk & Marion County 'Business Woman of the Year', a 3-time recipient of 'Realtor®️ of the Year', and has spent her life giving back to the community that she serves.
