David Brinker Sr. has spent the majority of his life doing anything outdoors such as hunting, fishing, and camping. He began his Real Estate career in 1979, and before long, he identified his passion for Timberland and Rural undeveloped properties. As time passed, he grew credibility both locally and statewide. He has also worked extensively with sophisticated buyers and sellers on investment-grade rural properties through buying, selling, and consulting. David shows an uncanny ability to evaluate and estimate land values, timber volumes, and the potentially available upsides with surprising accuracy.  With over 41 years of Timberland and Rural Property experience, many of his clients have become lifelong friends.
